GA Futures - Class Weight Indicator (GA Schools Only)

To set up the codes:

  1. Go to Setup>Academics>GA Futures Class Weight Indicator:

  2. Click "Add Code." Enter the code you've set in your GA Futures site, and then enter the description. Then, Save.

To Apply the codes to the classes:

  1. In the Class Settings, you'll go to Settings>Class Information, and then select the weight in the Weight Indicator field:

  2. In the Transfer Wizard, from the student's profile go to Academics>View Transfer Mapping>Submit Transfer Credit, and select the weight indicator in the field beneath Course Code:
