Archive & Restore Student Accounts
Administrators have the ability to archive and restore MySchoolWorx student accounts. In the past, administrators have had to contact our support team to have these archived student restored.
When a student account is archived by an Administrator, they are disconnected from their parent's account and classes, Administrators will no longer see these students listed in their active student lists and if the student had a login account for MySchoolWorx, they will no longer be able to log in. The nice thing is that you can restore these archived students, if they are accidentally archived or if a family returns to the school at a later date within the same academic year.
If you see a red "X" to the right of a student's name this indicates that they are not connected to any classes and you have the ability to permanently delete a student account. If a student had login access and their account is permanently deleted, their email is cleared from the MySchoolWorx system.
Note: If a student had any academic activity at your school, we recommend withdrawing them and then archiving them instead of deleting them. To learn more about withdrawing a student click here.
