Account Lock Out

When a user attempts to login multiple times with an incorrect password, the application will display a message stating, "Your account is blocked due to multiple wrong login attempts".

The school manages all login accounts. By default, MySchoolWorx allows up to 3 incorrect login attempts before locking the account out. The account remains locked for a specified time setting determined by the school or the school can unlock the account at anytime manually. By default, an account is locked out for 30 minutes. This means an account that has been locked will become unlocked after 30 minutes.
