  2. How to pull a report of the student activities
  3. How to display or hide activities on the transcript
  4. How to enable parent to see the Activities section

  1. To add Activities to a student's profile:
    1. Go to Users>Student, and find the student you need.
    2. In the student's menu, go to Activities, then click 'Add Activity'.
    3. In the slide down section, add the Date, Type, Description, and Hours of the activity.

  2. To pull a report of the activities:
    1. The quickest way to pull a report for one student is to pull from their profile. From the student's Activities section, click 'Export List'.
    2. To pull a report of activities for all students, go to Reports>Create Report>Student Information. Once you are in the Student Information report, click on the orange 'Preview Data' button.
    3. The last fold on the left hand vertical menu is 'Student Activities'. Drag and Drop the selections under this folder into the blue bar, in order to add them to your report.
    4. Once you've dragged the items you want into the report and named the report, click the blue 'Save button in the middle.
    5. On the next screen, you can Print as a PDF or Export to Excel.
  3. When you view a student's complete transcript (Student Profile>Academics>View Complete Transcript), there is a display option for activities. The default is 'Yes', so when you add activities, they will display automatically in the transcript. If you want to hide the activities, change that display option to 'No'.
  4. To enable parents to see the activities section, click on your name in the top right of the screen, go to Setup>Academics>Parent Settings. On the first sentence in that section, toggle the switch to the right.
